Responsibility
- Manage and organize real estate client communications, including emails, calls, and follow-ups.
- Assist with US tax preparation by compiling and verifying financial documents.
- Coordinate property listings, schedules, and client appointments for real estate transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of tax-related deadlines, filings, and client information.
- Prepare and format reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for internal and client use.
- Conduct market research to support real estate investment decisions.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with US tax regulations and company policies in all documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role (real estate or tax experience is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with US tax preparation processes, forms, and deadlines.
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines in a remote setting.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in financial and legal documentation.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Based in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung) with a stable internet connection.
