Responsibility
- Manage and organize real estate documents, contracts, and client files in digital systems
- Coordinate communication between US-based agents, clients, and property owners via email and CRM platforms
- Schedule property viewings, inspections, and meetings across different time zones
- Prepare and format real estate marketing materials, listings, and presentations
- Maintain accurate records of property transactions, client interactions, and deadlines
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks related to property transactions and commissions
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide administrative support to the real estate team as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles or real estate support
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal) with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM systems or willingness to learn (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes (preferred)
