Responsibility

  • Upload, update, and maintain accurate product listings on Shopify, including images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Monitor and manage inventory to ensure stock availability and prevent overselling or discrepancies.
  • Optimize product pages for SEO to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to store functionality, checkout processes, and third-party integrations.
  • Analyze store performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, bounce rates) and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
  • Coordinate with customer support to address order inquiries, returns, and refunds efficiently.
  • Stay updated on Shopify trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve store operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a Shopify store or similar e-commerce platform (1+ years preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate product data and inventory records.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to e-commerce product pages.
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps, plugins, and integrations (e.g., Oberlo, Printful, Klaviyo).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Prior experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or other e-commerce tools is a plus.
