Responsibility
- Set up, configure, and optimize GoHighLevel accounts for clients, including CRM, automation, and funnel creation.
- Design and implement automated email and SMS marketing campaigns to enhance client engagement.
- Integrate GoHighLevel with third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, payment gateways, social media platforms).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely support to clients and team members.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital strategies using GoHighLevel.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, workflows, and client interactions.
- Stay updated on GoHighLevel features, updates, and best practices to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Keap).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including email marketing, sales funnels, and lead generation.
- Proficiency in integrating third-party tools and APIs with GoHighLevel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
