Responsibility
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for Foton commercial vehicles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients in Bali and assigned Indonesian cities.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and customer needs.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels to meet demand.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Represent Foton at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian market dynamics, particularly in Bali and key cities (Banjarmasin, Balikpapan, Pontianak, Medan, Pekanbaru, Kendari).
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned regions.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages are a plus.
