Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for retail, commercial, and event initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) and external partners (vendors, contractors, clients) to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and brand guidelines.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial summaries, and post-project evaluations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to secure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in retail and event management to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on retail, commercial, or event projects.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel across Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia as required.
