Responsibility
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the regional product roadmap for PSA Apps, ensuring alignment with Google’s global priorities and local market needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, UX, and sales teams to prioritize features, resolve blockers, and enhance product-market fit.
- Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and implement GTM strategies, including product launches, training programs, and sales enablement materials.
- Customer Insights: Gather and analyze feedback from enterprise clients to refine product messaging, pricing, and packaging.
- Performance Metrics: Track KPIs (e.g., adoption rates, revenue growth, customer satisfaction) and iterate on strategies to exceed targets.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Google at conferences, webinars, and client meetings to position PSA Apps as the market leader.
- Cross-Regional Coordination: Collaborate with global product teams to ensure consistency while tailoring solutions for the Southeast Asian market.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years in product management, product marketing, or sales enablement, with a focus on SaaS, enterprise software, or PSA tools.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of PSA (Professional Services Automation) applications, CRM systems, or workflow automation tools.
- Regional Expertise: Proven track record of driving product success in Southeast Asia or other high-growth markets.
- Leadership: Ability to influence without authority, managing stakeholders across time zones and functions.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis (SQL, Tableau, or similar) to derive actionable insights from user behavior and market data.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Language: Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are advantageous.
