Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders in Bali to ensure smooth product distribution.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and distributor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
- Implement sales and promotional strategies to increase product visibility and market penetration.
- Conduct regular field visits to distributors and retail outlets to assess inventory levels, merchandising standards, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, distributor feedback, and market insights to management.
- Resolve distributor and customer inquiries or issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute localized campaigns and promotions tailored to the Bali market.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, distribution, or key account management, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Proven track record of building and managing distributor relationships in a regional or local market.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; knowledge of local dialects is a plus.
