As a Recreation Area Attendant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality across our resort’s recreation facilities, including pools, gardens, and wellness spaces. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay.

Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all recreation areas, including pools, lounges, and gardens.
- Ensure all facilities and equipment are in optimal working condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist guests with inquiries, provide information about resort amenities, and offer exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols in recreation areas to prevent accidents and ensure guest well-being.
- Set up and arrange furniture, towels, and other amenities for guest comfort and convenience.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues or requests efficiently.
- Assist in organizing and executing recreational activities or events as directed by management.
- Uphold the resort’s high standards of professionalism, hygiene, and guest satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality, recreation, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational needs.
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards in recreational facilities.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Residency in Bali is highly preferred; only local candidates will be considered for this role.
