Responsibility
- Review and verify operational transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Process and reconcile financial data, including journal entries, accruals, and month-end close activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records, providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain and update financial databases and systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial controls and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related role, with exposure to Record to Report (R2R) processes.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
