Responsibility
- Prepare accurate take-offs and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for residential projects.
- Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets for AU/UK housing developments.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure cost efficiency.
- Conduct value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
- Review and analyze tender documents, contracts, and specifications.
- Monitor project expenditures and provide regular cost reports.
- Ensure compliance with AU/UK construction standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve cost-related disputes or variations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or estimating, preferably in AU/UK residential projects.
- Proficient in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bali (Monday to Friday).
