Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of associates to ensure 100% adherence to quality guidelines and healthcare compliance standards.
- Conduct regular audits of medical billing records and client communications to identify performance gaps.
- Develop and execute comprehensive QA calibration sessions to align scoring across the operations team.
- Analyze quality data and performance metrics to create actionable insights for process improvements.
- Collaborate with operations managers to implement effective feedback loops and targeted training programs.
- Ensure all processes strictly follow HIPAA regulations and industry best practices.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Quality Lead or Senior QA Analyst within a US Healthcare or Hospital Billing account.
- Comprehensive knowledge of medical billing cycles, insurance claims, and revenue integrity.
- Strong background in data analysis and root-cause analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and development.
- Proficiency in standard office software and specialized billing/quality management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive healthcare data with integrity.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
