You will lead initiatives to monitor call and process quality, provide actionable coaching to team members, and implement data-driven strategies to improve overall performance. Responsibility

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of associates to ensure 100% adherence to quality guidelines and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Conduct regular audits of medical billing records and client communications to identify performance gaps.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive QA calibration sessions to align scoring across the operations team.
  • Analyze quality data and performance metrics to create actionable insights for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to implement effective feedback loops and targeted training programs.
  • Ensure all processes strictly follow HIPAA regulations and industry best practices.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Quality Lead or Senior QA Analyst within a US Healthcare or Hospital Billing account.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of medical billing cycles, insurance claims, and revenue integrity.
  • Strong background in data analysis and root-cause analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching and development.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and specialized billing/quality management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive healthcare data with integrity.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
