Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate internal and external institutional accreditation processes.
- Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive quality management policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular internal audits to identify non-compliance and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
- Manage knowledge management initiatives to centralize institutional data and best practices.
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to senior management to track institutional improvement.
- Facilitate training sessions for staff regarding quality standards, compliance, and document control.
- Collaborate with various departments to bridge communication gaps and ensure uniform compliance across the university.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Education, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a QA or Compliance role, preferably in an academic or corporate environment.
- In-depth understanding of accreditation frameworks and quality assurance methodologies (e.g., ISO standards).
- Exceptional technical writing, analytical, and document control skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and specialized document management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
