Responsibility
- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance protocols for logistics and warehousing operations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards (e.g., GDP, ISO).
- Monitor and document process deviations, proposing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance service efficiency.
- Support the preparation of quality reports and performance metrics for management review.
- Participate in root cause analysis for service failures or customer complaints.
- Assist in training staff on quality standards and best practices in healthcare logistics.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and suggesting enhancements.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory frameworks in healthcare/logistics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, GDP (Good Distribution Practices), or similar standards is a plus.
