Responsibility

  • Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance protocols for logistics and warehousing operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards (e.g., GDP, ISO).
  • Monitor and document process deviations, proposing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to streamline workflows and enhance service efficiency.
  • Support the preparation of quality reports and performance metrics for management review.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for service failures or customer complaints.
  • Assist in training staff on quality standards and best practices in healthcare logistics.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and suggesting enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory frameworks in healthcare/logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, GDP (Good Distribution Practices), or similar standards is a plus.
  • Passion for process improvement and operational excellence.
