Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and quality control procedures for electrical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Identify and document defects, non-conformities, and areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product reliability.
- Prepare detailed reports on inspection findings, test results, and corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all electrical components and systems meet safety, regulatory, and performance standards.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA/QC, preferably in the electrical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, testing methodologies, and quality standards (e.g., ISO, IEC).
- Experience with inspection tools, testing equipment, and quality management software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
