As a QA Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, maintaining quality standards, and supporting operational excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This position offers a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM), a competitive salary package up to IDR 50,000,000 (SGD $3,000 equivalent) + allowances + Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), and the opportunity to grow within a global industry leader. Responsibility
- Coordinate and maintain Quality Assurance (QA) documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and compliance records.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, and other regulatory standards.
- Assist in non-conformance investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and report on quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Support product inspection and testing processes to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Logistics) to resolve quality-related issues.
- Prepare and submit QA reports for management review and external audits.
- Ensure timely calibration and maintenance of QA equipment and tools.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA administration, preferably in manufacturing, healthcare, or medical devices.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, FDA, or other QA standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and QA software/tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with document control systems and audit processes is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia (relocation support may be provided).
