Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for raw materials, packaging, and other production inputs to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
- Resolve supply chain issues, including delays or quality discrepancies, in a proactive manner.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to optimize procurement budgets and delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the F&B industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
- Knowledge of inventory management, cost analysis, and supplier evaluation.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO) is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
