Johnson Controls is looking for a dynamic and motivated PSA Service Sales Specialist to join our winning team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be key to driving the growth of our Planned Service Agreement (PSA) portfolio, securing long-term service contracts for HVAC, fire protection, security, and building automation systems.

You will work closely with facility managers, building owners, and our internal technical service team to deliver maintenance solutions that optimize building performance, enhance energy efficiency, and ensure operational continuity.

Responsibility

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new Planned Service Agreements (PSA) within the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors in Jakarta.
  • Manage and secure the renewal cycle of existing maintenance contracts, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct building site assessments and collaborate with technical estimation teams to prepare customized commercial and technical proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including building owners, developers, and facility managers.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and strategic growth targets.
  • Deliver professional presentations highlighting the value proposition of Johnson Controls service offerings.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and forecasting reports using CRM tools like Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B service sales, ideally in HVAC, Building Management Systems (BMS), or fire and safety services.
  • Strong track record of selling service contracts, preventive maintenance agreements, or equipment retrofits.
  • Good understanding of building HVAC operations, mechanical systems, or automation technology.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Jakarta and surrounding industrial areas.
