Responsibility
- Provide empathetic and professional customer support to clients inquiring about prosthetic care services.
- Educate clients on available prosthetic solutions, features, and benefits to help them make informed decisions.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain detailed and confidential client records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and compliant with data protection regulations.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback with a solutions-oriented approach, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Assist clients with scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and prosthetic fittings as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices in prosthetic care to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote prosthetic care services and enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare support, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple client cases efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with medical terminology or prosthetic care is a plus but not required.
