Responsibility
- Manage the full-cycle accounting process for assigned property portfolios.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Monitor and analyze property expenses against budgets to identify variances and opportunities for cost savings.
- Coordinate with property managers to ensure accurate recording of lease agreements and rental income.
- Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, government regulations, and tax requirements.
- Support year-end audit processes by providing necessary documentation and schedules.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property accounting or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or industry-specific property management software).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
