Responsibility

  • Manage the full-cycle accounting process for assigned property portfolios.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management.
  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
  • Monitor and analyze property expenses against budgets to identify variances and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Coordinate with property managers to ensure accurate recording of lease agreements and rental income.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, government regulations, and tax requirements.
  • Support year-end audit processes by providing necessary documentation and schedules.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property accounting or general accounting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or industry-specific property management software).
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
  • Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
