Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of promoters to achieve sales targets and KPIs in assigned locations.
- Develop and implement effective promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct regular evaluations.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to align promotional activities with broader business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize ROI on promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in promotions, sales, or team leadership, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to exceed targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Bali’s market dynamics is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across assigned locations as needed.
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Passion for customer service and brand representation.
