Responsibility

  • Lead and manage all phases of resort development projects, from planning to execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Oversee facility maintenance, upgrades, and compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and building regulations.
  • Develop and implement robust governance frameworks to ensure operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to align project objectives with business goals.
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to quality and timeline commitments.
  • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives to align with global best practices in eco-friendly resort operations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and community stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and foster positive relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, facilities management, or resort development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale hospitality or real estate projects in Southeast Asia or similar markets.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Indonesia.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and BIM tools.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on excellence and innovation.
