Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals and resolve technical challenges.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations, environmental policies, and local building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential delays.
- Manage resource allocation, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision or project management.
- Proven expertise in managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and permitting processes.
