Responsibility
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for lease-driven products, including industrial parks, commercial spaces, and economic zones.
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights for targeted marketing initiatives.
- Create compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content (social media, email, web).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) to optimize ROI.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, media outlets, and industry associations, to amplify brand reach.
- Support the planning and execution of trade shows, webinars, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or economic zone development.
- Proven track record in lead generation, campaign management, and B2B marketing.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media platforms) and analytics (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools is highly desirable.
