Responsibility
- Lead and manage retail and construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and contingency strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and financial performance.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Project Manager in retail, construction, or a similar industry.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and retail operations is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
