Responsibility
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in construction, data centers, and heavy cargo services across Southeast Asia.
- Develop and implement strategic logistics plans to optimize operations and reduce costs.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals to ensure high performance and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Oversee project logistics from planning to execution, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in business development and securing new contracts in the logistics sector.
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asia's logistics landscape, including construction and data center industries.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
