Responsibility
- Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and approvals, to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera).
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Indonesia.
