Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, technicians, and clients, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and review project plans, specifications, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project feasibility, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members.
- Optimize HVAC and refrigeration systems for performance, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and field technicians as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the HVAC, refrigeration, or construction industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) and tools for technical analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices for HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as required.
