Responsibility
- Conduct detailed inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points.
- Develop and implement customized pest control treatment plans using approved chemicals, traps, and exclusion techniques.
- Apply pesticides and other treatment methods safely and in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies, including sanitation practices and structural maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, including inspection reports, treatment details, and follow-up recommendations.
- Operate and maintain pest control equipment, ensuring all tools are in optimal working condition.
- Respond promptly to emergency service requests and provide effective solutions for urgent pest issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new pest control technologies, and best practices through continuous training.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in pest control is a plus.
- Proven experience in pest control or a related field is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
- Strong knowledge of common pests in tropical climates, including insects, rodents, and termites.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while adhering to scheduled appointments.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and explain treatment processes.
- Physical fitness to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various locations across Bali.
- Commitment to safety, including proper handling of chemicals and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
