Responsibility
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to ensure consistent output and quality standards.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and minor adjustments to machinery to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment following 5S principles.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new production team members as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment (Electronics assembly preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical or technical issues.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Proficient in using basic hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to a fast-paced production schedule.
