Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily oil refining operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe production processes.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines and output targets.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality control standards, and industry certifications (e.g., ISO, API).
- Lead, train, and mentor production staff to maintain high performance and operational excellence.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and optimize machinery performance.
- Prepare and submit detailed production reports, including output metrics, efficiency ratios, and compliance documentation.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Diploma holders with extensive experience may also apply.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in oil refining, petrochemicals, or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of refining processes, safety regulations (OSHA, PPE), and quality management systems (QMS).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in production management software (e.g., SAP, ERP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali, with flexibility for shift-based schedules as needed.
