Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or changes.
- Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and order statuses.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Generate reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and resource allocation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Qualifications
- Diploma or higher in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experienced candidates should have at least 1 year of production planning experience in aerospace or manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and regulations is a plus.
