Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Handle raw materials and chemicals with care, adhering to environmental and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Document production data, including output quantities, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing process improvements.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in chemical or industrial settings.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in high-temperature or chemically exposed areas.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance principles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control standards.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety guidelines, and technical manuals.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
