Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end AV production for live events, ensuring technical excellence and seamless execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and creative teams to deliver high-quality audiovisual experiences.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics to meet client expectations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to maintain smooth event operations.
- Develop and implement innovative AV solutions to enhance event production.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards for all production equipment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into technical requirements.
- Maintain and update inventory of production equipment and resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Audio Visual Production, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in live event production, AV setup, and technical management.
- Strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment, lighting, and sound systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management and coordination of multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry software and tools for event planning and execution.
