Responsibility
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of live productions, including venue setup, equipment, and personnel scheduling.
- Liaise with artists, vendors, and technical teams to ensure alignment with creative and operational goals.
- Develop and manage production timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
- Oversee rehearsals, sound checks, and technical run-throughs to guarantee flawless execution.
- Troubleshoot real-time issues during events, ensuring minimal disruption to performances.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including contracts, permits, and production reports.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and manage audience engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations for all productions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Performing Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) in production coordination, event management, or live entertainment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) and budgeting software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Passion for the arts and a deep understanding of live production workflows.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
