Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing expert guidance to clients and internal teams on healthcare technology solutions.
- Develop and deliver product training sessions for clients, sales teams, and technical support staff to ensure proper usage and adoption of medical devices and software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and work with the product development team to suggest improvements or new features.
- Assist in the creation of technical documentation, marketing materials, and product demonstrations to support sales and customer education efforts.
- Provide troubleshooting support for complex product issues, escalating to technical teams when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and inform strategic decisions.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to represent PT TRIGI and strengthen our market presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a product specialist, technical sales, or healthcare technology role.
- Strong understanding of medical devices, healthcare software, or IT systems used in clinical or hospital settings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and other regions of Indonesia as needed for client meetings or training sessions.
