Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and methodologies to ensure product reliability and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis (RCA) for product defects or failures, and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to integrate quality control measures at every stage of production.
- Design and execute test plans, including stress testing, environmental testing, and reliability assessments for semiconductor products.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics, trends, and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and customer-specific requirements.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting quality performance and risk assessments.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma, to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Product Engineering, or Semiconductor Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), statistical process control (SPC), and failure analysis techniques.
- Experience with semiconductor testing, reliability engineering, and defect analysis is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Minitab, Python, or SQL) and familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
- Certifications in Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), Lean Manufacturing, or Quality Engineering are advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
