Responsibility
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions in collaboration with R&D, QA, Production, and Procurement teams.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive insights to inform packaging strategies.
- Oversee the lifecycle of packaging projects from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality, cost-effective materials that meet sustainability criteria.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote new packaging solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of packaging solutions, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies related to packaging and sustainability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling narratives and campaigns around new product launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on packaging or New Product Development (NPD).
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and consumer insights.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software for data analysis and campaign management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and regulations in packaging is highly desirable.
