Responsibility
- Lead and manage the end-to-end product development process for skincare products, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and regulatory teams to align product development with market trends and company goals.
- Oversee formulation, testing, and packaging development to meet industry standards and consumer expectations.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations for skincare products.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve business objectives.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
- Present product concepts and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in skincare product development, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of skincare formulations, ingredients, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record of successfully launching beauty products in the market.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using product development software and tools.
