Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and user research to high-fidelity prototyping and delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and product managers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to iterate on features based on data-driven insights.
- Maintain and evolve our internal design system to ensure consistency across all product platforms.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes that articulate complex product requirements.
- Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field within a fast-paced tech environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) methodologies and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional teams.
- Deep curiosity about emerging technology and how it can improve the user experience.
