Responsibility
- Coordinate product development processes from ideation to production, ensuring alignment with company standards and market demands.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to refine product specifications and packaging solutions.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for product development projects.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, materials, and packaging innovations that enhance product appeal and sustainability.
- Oversee packaging design and prototyping, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to source materials, negotiate contracts, and maintain cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Product Design, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product development, packaging coordination, or a similar role in manufacturing or FMCG industries.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail in product and packaging specifications.
- Knowledge of sustainable materials, cost optimization, and supply chain logistics.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
