Responsibility
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality materials.
- Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders, invoicing, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure competitive pricing and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics industry procurement practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity in all business dealings.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
