Responsibility
- Source, negotiate, and purchase medical supplies, equipment, and services from approved vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast procurement needs, minimizing shortages or excess stock.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, evaluating performance and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
- Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve discrepancies or delays to maintain uninterrupted clinic operations.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure accurate budgeting, invoicing, and timely payments.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative solutions.
- Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare reports and analyze procurement data to optimize processes and support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- Knowledge of medical supplies, equipment, and industry regulations is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
