Responsibility
- Conduct thorough education, employment, and reference verification checks for multiple queues, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Resolve discrepancies in data by cross-referencing sources, escalating issues when necessary, and providing timely solutions.
- Adhere to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet or exceed performance metrics for turnaround time and quality.
- Maintain detailed records of verification processes, documentation, and communications in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency.
- Identify and report potential risks or fraudulent activities during the verification process.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and client-specific guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in BPO, call center, or verification services.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data with high accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using verification tools, databases, and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, local regulations) and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields is a plus.
