Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in BPO, call center, or verification services.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data with high accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using verification tools, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, local regulations) and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields is a plus.
