Responsibility
- Deliver luxury hair spa treatments, including deep conditioning, hot oil therapies, and scalp massages to promote hair health and relaxation.
- Provide professional hairstyling services, such as cuts, coloring, blowouts, and updos, tailored to client preferences and trends.
- Conduct thorough scalp and hair analyses to recommend personalized treatments and products.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workspace in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Stay updated on the latest hair care techniques, products, and industry trends to offer cutting-edge services.
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service, professionalism, and personalized consultations.
- Collaborate with the salon team to upsell treatments, retail products, and membership packages.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently and ensure punctual, high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Hair Spa Therapist or Hairstylist (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Certification in hair care, cosmetology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Expertise in scalp treatments, hair coloring, keratin therapies, and precision cutting.
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a client-centric approach.
