Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of healthcare professionals to meet and exceed production and quality targets.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and client-specific protocols.
- Utilize EPIC software to facilitate clinical workflows and audit billing accuracy.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to drive professional growth.
- Manage escalations and resolve complex billing or patient record issues effectively.
- Analyze team performance metrics and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the BPO environment.
Qualifications
- Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven hands-on experience using EPIC healthcare software.
- Strong background in Hospital Billing, claims management, or revenue cycle operations.
- At least 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience within a Healthcare BPO or clinical setting.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of US Healthcare/Hospital revenue cycle processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven BPO environment.
