Responsibility
- Process and fulfill prescription and over-the-counter medication requests accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate sales records, inventory logs, and customer transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and offering professional advice on pharmaceutical products.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of pharmacy supplies and medications.
- Assist in stock management, including ordering, receiving, and organizing pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure compliance with prescription guidelines and hospital policies.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and prepare daily sales reports.
- Support promotional activities and sales initiatives to drive pharmacy revenue.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail pharmacy, healthcare, or customer service roles.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, colleagues, and vendors.
