Responsibility
- Promote and sell Redsky Pharma’s range of medical products to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and retail outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning, prospecting, and closing techniques.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits and proper use of medications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and strategies.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product knowledge, and best practices in pharmaceutical sales.
Qualifications
- Female candidates preferred (as per original requirement).
- Age between 19–35 years old.
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, or retail, is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare products is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and surrounding areas as needed.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa) is preferred.
