Responsibility
- Safely transport pharmaceutical products, medical supplies, and equipment to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies in Bali.
- Ensure all deliveries comply with GDP (Good Distribution Practices) and company SOPs for temperature control, handling, and documentation.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain fleet safety and reliability.
- Verify delivery accuracy by matching shipments with purchase orders and obtaining recipient signatures.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Adhere to traffic laws and defensive driving techniques to minimize risks on the road.
- Handle sensitive or hazardous materials with care, following all regulatory guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving delivery issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driverās license (Class A or B) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in delivery driving, preferably in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or logistics.
- Familiarity with GDP, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), or other pharmaceutical compliance standards is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Baliās geography and traffic patterns.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills to meet tight delivery schedules.
- Physical ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 25 kg.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for communication with clients and team members.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing as required by industry regulations.
