Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the Director's daily calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes during meetings, and track action items to ensure timely follow-up.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring all documentation is easily accessible and secure.
- Assist in drafting professional emails, reports, presentations, and other business communications.
- Handle personal tasks and errands for the Director as required to optimize their daily productivity.
- Coordinate with different departments (operations, marketing, finance) to gather updates on ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- High level of discretion, trustworthiness, and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
